Published in full every year, including the years it moved in the wrong direction.
84.2% of 2025 spend went directly to programme work.
7.9% funded measurement, inspection, and accountability reporting.
4.6% funded fundraising, and 3.3% administration.
Reserves are held at approximately 3.3 months of operating cost, because a ten-year promise made without reserves is not a promise.
