Elena Duarte presents the 2025 review in full, including the four non-functioning systems and the Sumarai Delta assessment, and takes questions from supporters for as long as there are any.
Held at the registered office each September. The briefing covers the whole review rather than its highlights, and the underperformance section is presented first because it is the section people travel for.

Wanjiru Mbatia and Nadia Belhaj walk through the full attendance series from the Nyakura Highlands, from the 1994 registers to the 2025 academic year.
The register data discussed is the same series published in the annual review. Recordings are not retained; the underlying figures are published instead.

A working session on Fieldstone's ten-year agreement template, run for community institutions considering similar terms with any organisation — not only with us.
The agreement template is published openly. This workshop exists because several partner federations asked to be able to negotiate better with other funders, which is a good reason to run it.
Kathmandu, Nepal
In person, one day
Priya Kandel and Isaac Mwangale review what the twelve-month maintenance-fund rule has produced since 2019, including where it has prevented work that should have gone ahead.
Includes the cases where the standard was applied badly. Roughly a third of infrastructure requests do not survive the rule, and not all of those should have failed it.
Recently
Fieldstone does not retain recordings. Where a session discussed figures, those figures are published in full instead — which is more useful than a video and considerably easier to check.
